These terms apply when you use DecorHome. By creating an account you accept them. If something is unclear, write to support@decorhome.app.
Models are approximations
Models made from sketches, photos and plans are estimates, and so are areas, quantities and prices in the materials list. Each model shows how far to trust it. Always measure on site and confirm with a professional before buying materials, ordering furniture or starting building work. DecorHome is a planning and visualisation tool, not a survey or a technical drawing.
Your account
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 16 years old. One person per account.
Your content
Your sketches, plans, photos and models stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, including sending them to AI models when you start an AI action. Upload only material you have the right to use. Do not use DecorHome for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload the service.
Credits and plans
- Drawing and editing by hand is free. AI actions cost credits, shown before you start each one.
- If an AI action fails, its credits are returned automatically.
- Monthly plan credits are added at each renewal. Credits from packs do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the credits page; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By using credits straight away you agree that the service starts immediately, so used credits cannot be refunded. Unused purchases within 14 days can be refunded on request.
- Prices include VAT where it applies. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change to your plan.
Commercial use
Personal plans are for your own home. Showing models and renders to paying clients requires the Pro plan.
Availability and liability
We work to keep DecorHome available and your data safe, with daily backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions or purchases made on the basis of a model, measurement, quantity or price shown in DecorHome. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
Changes and law
We will email you before significant changes to these terms take effect. Portuguese law applies, without taking away the protection of the law where you live.
